Laura Skinner serves as Chief Executive Officer of Oakhill Financial Group and Branch Manager of its Neodesha, Kansas location. The firm, originally founded in 1984 by Don Adams, has been a longstanding presence in the community. Laura joined Oakhill Financial Group in 2001 and, after more than two decades of dedicated service, acquired the firm in March 2024.
Laura earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Kansas State University in 2000. She is an Investment Advisor Representative and Registered Principal with LPL Financial, holding Series 24, 7, 63, and 66 securities registrations through LPL Financial. In addition, she maintains Life and Health Insurance licenses in multiple states.
With over 20 years of industry experience, Laura is committed to delivering personalized financial guidance and building lasting client relationships grounded in trust and integrity.
Outside of her professional role, Laura enjoys spending time with her two daughters and their families. She especially treasures time with her four grandchildren.
